Shipping Destinations
Currently we only ship to Australian addresses (States and Mainland Territories only – no External Territories). If you would like to arrange a one-off international postage please get in contact with Louise or Elizabeth to discuss.

Shipping Costs & Times
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout, using AusPost. Sending and delivery times vary depending on your location and other factors (e.g., public holidays, carrier delays, weather). Note: you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Black Friday Sales 2025

Maximum purchase per user
Black Friday sale discount applies to a maximum of four (4) book sales per book title. Discount is applied to the final products (and not to shipping).

Refunds

Your Consumer Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our Commitment
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a printing or manufacturing defect, or fails to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we’ll make it right. Here is how you can request a return or a refund:

  • Contact us: Please contact us within 7-14 days of delivery if you experience any problems with your order. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can resolve the issue.
  • Provide details: Include your order number, photos or a description of the issue, and any other helpful information.
  • Resolution: We’ll review what happened and make it right – either by sending you a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on what works best for your situation.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns
We are not required to provide a remedy if you simply change your mind about a purchase. However, in certain circumstances we may choose to offer exchanges or returns as a matter of goodwill in certain circumstances. Here is our returns process:

  • Faulty or defective items: We will arrange and pay for return shipping.

Change of mind (where accepted):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
